Neurominds is a UK private clinic led by two HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologists. We provide thorough, evidence-based autism and ADHD assessments for adults, adolescents and children, delivered with warmth and respect.

How we work

We believe an assessment should be more than a label. Our work is rooted in current diagnostic standards and validated tools, but we never lose sight of the person in front of us. We take the time to understand your history, your strengths and the challenges that brought you to us, so that any conclusion we reach is one you can trust and recognise as your own.

Every assessment is collaborative. We explain what we are doing and why, we welcome your questions, and we share our thinking openly throughout. Whether the outcome confirms a diagnosis or not, our aim is the same: to leave you with genuine clarity and practical, compassionate guidance on what comes next.

Dr Ryan Little

Senior Clinical Psychologist

Ryan is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with a dual specialism in neuropsychological and neurodevelopmental conditions, working both privately and within the NHS. He has worked in the field for over a decade, with significant experience of autism and ADHD across a number of settings, including NHS diagnostic services, specialist school provision for boys with autism, and a forensic psychiatric service for people with autism. His doctoral training spans psychological assessment, formulation, therapy and scientific research methods, and included training in various therapeutic modalities. Alongside Neurominds, he works as a Senior Clinical Psychologist and Diagnostic Clinician in the Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust Neurodevelopmental Service, and as a Senior Clinical Psychologist in Neuropsychology in the Department of Clinical Neuropsychology at Leicester General Hospital (Leicestershire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust).
